The answers you need
DOES MY BUILD INCLUDE THE OFF-GRID SYSTEM?
Yes! This is something we've incorporated into all our vans from the very beginning as we believe it's an integral part to providing the extra freedom needed when it comes to those spur-of-the-moment weekends away. We use solar power along with leisure batteries to keep you powered up on longer trips.
We can also provide you with an electric hook-up should you wish to have both options.
AM I ABLE TO DESIGN MY OWN KITCHEN?
The short answer is yes - to a degree.
All kitchens start with the same bare bones and you're absolutely able to build from there.
You'll be able to choose between various different colours and finishes to create your own combination and suit the vision for your van. Adding or removing simple elements like a splash back, shelving, cubby holes etc
WHY THE NAME 'DUB ALCHEMY'?
Alchemy - the forerunner of Chemistry, was the practice of combining base elements together in an attempt to create Gold and to find the universal elixir of life.
This inspired the name 'DUB Alchemy' as we pride ourselves on bringing the necessary elements together to create Gold - or in our case top notch campers!

DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAMME?
As of 2023 we will be offering you a £50 Go Outdoors voucher OR a £100 DUB Alchemy voucher* when you refer a friend for a full conversion!**
*This can be used towards a full conversion, upgrading your current van, vehicle wrapping or DUB alchemy merchandise.

WHAT'S THE LEAD TIME ON A FULL CONVERSION?
Our lead times vary depending on the time of year, we have lead time's of as little as 4-5 weeks in the winter and up to 12 weeks during the summer. Please contact us for current lead times.
DO YOU ONLY DO VW CAMPERS?
VW camper conversions are what we specialise in, mainly focusing on the Transporters. We do also fit pop-tops to Ford Customs and Reneault Vivaros but don't offer full conversions for these vans currently. However, if you have a van that isn't a VW transporter and would like i.e. carpet lining/solar panel fitting please get in touch, we will always accommodate where possible!
WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU PROVIDE?
Along with manufacturer warranties, we provide up to a three year warranty on our camper conversions against craftmanship etc (this doesn't extend to the vehicle itself).
